catching up to all the responses... so nice and supportive.? we truly feel we are not alone iwht your precious words of support, encouragement, advice.? thank you.

birdie- condolensces re: spunky's crossing the bridge.....on the other side, s/he much more happier!? so nice.

once again, thank you ALL SO MUCH for your words!

Its been a long day on teh phone and getting herbie to the vet.? her bladder was getting bigger and bigger, thus obstructing the colon, disabling my poor baby to poop.
the vet isnt sure if herbie would be a good candidate for surgery due to her "old" age. 
they will decide tomorrow (thurs morning) after they see how she is doing on antibiotics, fluids, etc to get her system going again...and blood test.

we're praying she will be up for surgery tomorrow so she doesnot have to suffer in this way,? and also, kerbie has her older sister back!? kerbie keeps running around to see where she is...

thank you for all your prayers.? they are working!
