She was quiet this morning. Normally she's zooming and popcorning, and singing. She drank gallons. She ate, but in a subdued fashion, and would continue to chew long afterwards. She moved around and gave halfhearted attempts at cavorting. The vet I particularly respect was booked up for the day, but agreed to see her if I could leave her off so she could examine Puff between patients. I left a detailed history and included the plush tent and the fake ivy garland she'd munched. As it stands now she's getting fluids, Vitamin C, an abdominal xray, and who knows what else? Regardless of diagnosis, I'm going to ask that she be treated for E cuniculi, just in case. I sure hope I can keep her over the weekend. Her psychological wellbeing is a huge component for her getting better. It's going to be awful sleeping without her in the cage by my dresser. I'm really scared. Please pray and send your love to her and to me.
Joanie
