It's a brilliant idea, but what would protect the protectors from the vicious onslaught of cavy teeth?
It's a very good idea regardless because the debris that falls into the corrugated holes can be pretty nasty, especially if one of the waterers leaks into the coroplast. Been there. Yech! I'll be looking into this, if only for the latter purpose.
