Cocoa Puff is famous! It was nice to see his pigture on your vet's website but I do wish that she could do something for his  eye. Poor little man.

I have had the occasional elderly pig who has suffered a runny eye ( rather like elderly people sometimes do ). This may not be relevant to Cocoa Puff but I thought that I would mention that the tears can set to form a crystalline lump. This can burn the skin but can easily be dissolved using some cocoa butter. My dear old Rolo suffered in this way during his last year but thanks to the cocoa butter it caused him no problem.
