Sandy and Alge,

You can find pirate hats for tiny-sized dogs at Halloween in all the pet 
shops. Alyssa got a pirate hat for our Westie (who hated it), and there are 
even smaller ones (Chihuahua-sized) that would work for guinea pigs.
