Sounds like Dillon has pain and a yeast infection from the teeth 
surgery. For pain please ask your vet to prescribe Rimadyl 10 mg orally 
twice a day for 3 days then 5 mg Rimadyl orally twice a day until the 
mouth infection clears up. Even though the teeth do not have nerves when 
they were overgrown they could have injured the gums and other mouth 
tissues. The "chicken pox" sound like a yeast infection. Because his 
mouth and throat is sore he does not want to eat. Daktarin oral gel is 
an over the counter medication, though the UK pharmacists usually keep 
it behind the counter, which contains miconazole 200mg per 1 gram of 
gel. This product is not available in the USA but your vet can have it 
compounded. It is used to treat oral thrush in babies. The dose is 0.5 
ml 2-3 times a day for a week then reduce to 0.3 ml twice a day for a 
week. Your vet can also give you a prescription for Nystatin 10,000 USP 
units. The dose is 0.2 ml twice a day for 2 weeks. Dillon needs both the 
pain and the antifungal medication ASAP. You must syringe feed him Oxbow 
Critical Care or his own food pellets made into a mash with water and 
baby food and a minimum of 40 ml of water until he is eating on his own. 
If you do not keep food moving through his gut his gut wall will 
collapse.  Luckily he is 3 pounds so he can afford to loose a little 
weight but you must keep on syringe feeding him.

But you do not have the time to wait. This is an emergency. Hopefully 
your vet used isoflurane when he did the surgeries because injectable 
anesthetics can cause gut stasis. You said your vet gave Dillon 
"Metoclopramide syrup to stimulate his appetite and digestion." 
Metoclopramide is also used to stimulate gut motility.
You should also check his penis to see if he has a yeast infection. His 
penis will have a white cheesy smelling growth on it and will usually be 
red under the white growth. You will need to wash it with warm soap and 
water and put miconazole nitrate 2% vaginal cream on his penis and 
inside his anal pouch twice a day for 2 weeks to clear up the infection.
