Antibiotics are likely to cause diarrhea not small poops and light color, 
that's from eating small amounts of different foods instead of the usual 
dark green of pellets and hay. Is he eating hay, if so push it all day long. 
go to Oxbow online and get one of their boutique mixes of exotic hays to 
tempt his appetite. Feed him one strand at a time frequently.

As for the antibiotics first there's no diarrhea and second you dont say 
which one he is one, how long he's been on it, what the dosage is and what 
his diagnosis was. In general its a bad idea to discontinue, piggies tend to 
need them longer than people not shorter. Jaw abscesses and ear infections 
and various abscesses around the body, urinary tract infections etc., 
sometimes require months of treatment not shorter. Sometimes a vet will add 
another rather than drop one, or he will do a culture and sensitivity to 
make sure the bug your guy has is being specifically targeted.

Let us know the details and try the pignics, and weigh him every day to 
track his progress. Expect light colored poos with a changed diet, I think 
you said baby food. Remember the best foods for a piggies are hay and 
quality pellets. Sprinkle the critical Care on his favorite wet green, and 
make sure to syringe extra water. That's the best recipe for success esp if 
done by hand several times a day.  Dont take the antibiotics away yet fill
