  I know when I was on Flagyl (also called Metoclopromide)  it gave me 
horrible diarrhea & I ended up in the hospital. It is a drug that just rips 
apart the stomach. I have talked to many people who have had the same 
reaction to it. So I can only imagine what it does to a little piggie's 
stomach. You may want to discuss it with your vet. I didn't even know they 
put piggies on Flagyl. Give Kaopectate & I use a simethicone that is for 
babies. It is liquid form that I just syringe. It's called Little Tummies 
gas relief drops & has no sorbital. Keep heavy on those fluids & no lettuces 
for now. I do hope she can get better soon. We are praying for you & her 
everday. Keep us updated & hugs to you both.
