[Gpdd] HEALTH- Mimi's grease gland

Hey! I have a question I need some opinions on. Awhile back I had taken Mimi to the vet because I was feeling a mat around her back end & the vet said she has an over active grease gland. I have tried soaking her back end & bathing her with baby shampoo & there is still a small matted spot back there that just won't go away. Any suggestions? I know it doesn't bother her but it bothers me! Thanks!
