Joanie,

We are sorry that you have to endure back surgery on Friday and want to take this opportunity of wishing you a speedy recovery. A month of laying down is going to be very hard but it will be worth it in the long run. I sympathise with anyone with back pain as it is something with which I have suffered for many years but give daily thanks to my osteopath who keeps me up and running ( well, walking anyway ).
