[Gpdd] HEALTH- Cas has a white spot on her eye

I noticed a couple days ago that our foster mommy Cas has a white spot on her left eyeball towards the back of the eye. It doesn't appear to bother her. Does anyone know what it might be & if she might need treatment? Thanks.
