[Gpdd] MISC: Merry Christmas and thanks

Zathras, Leela, Boomer, and I would like to wish all of the GPDD family a
very Merry Christmas!!!  We hope those piggies and people in the cold and
snow and rain and mud are all safe and sound.

I would also like to thank our Secret Santa on behalf of the piggies.  We
love the book and just wish we knew who to thank directly.
