Dearest Corrine

You will survive this one!!! Time is the only answer, and for you to continue to love guinea pigs who need that love and comfort and wonderful care you take of them.

You must continue to battle on, Corrine - for your remaining babies. But you also need to grieve and crying is the best form of grief expression - not beating yourself up and blaming yourself for the loss of your little one.

It is a burden to we slaves that we all love our masters so much that when they leave us, it's like we've lost a child. But, by the same token, if we didn't love our piggies that much they may have lived what little life they had left being quite sick and miserable. And...... if we didn't love our piggies so much we slaves never would have "met" and formed such a loving, caring bond and support group that we share together, across all countries and thousands & thousands of miles. The distance doesn't count Corrine. Just think we are all sending our thoughts and love to you now, and try to hug those thoughts to your heart.

We are all with you right now Corrine - you and Michael are not alone in your grief.

Your pain is our pain, and there's no quick and easy way to get over the loss of a beloved piggy. Even though you live in Hawaii and I live in Australia - try and reach your thoughts across those thousands of miles to me, as I am praying for your comfort and sending you love and deep sympathy across those miles. I know it sounds corny, but I do know exactly you how you are feeling - allow yourself to just cry your eyes and heart out, crying is the best thing to do at a time like this.

God Bless you Corrine & Michael

Love from Julie and her exceptionally precious boys - Wheeky, Sooty, Snowdrop, Joey, Kimba, Treacle, Hugo, Honey & Hamish
