[Gpdd] Health: Guinea pig with asthma

Julie, I'm not the one asking about the asthma.  I just wrote to tell  
what my vet suggested.  It seems that the saline did the trick ... I  
think it mostly got her to sneeze a few extra times and that's all  
she needed ... maybe it moistened the area, too ... it's been very  
dry here.  She's acting completely normal (she was just a bit off for  
a day or so) ... and though she's about 40 grams lighter than I'd  
like her to be (this week she's been 840-850), her weight fluctuation  
naturally gets down to 870, so she's not that far off ... the  
majority of the time her weight's between 880-900.

Being the overprotective sort, I'll be picking her up and listening  
to her a couple times a day to check on her ... but she loves  
cuddling, so I don't think she'll mind it at all.  Yesterday she  
purred up a storm each time my hands went towards her ... though she  
was so excited about the whole thing that she hardly took a nap while  
I was holding her.  Usually she falls asleep for at least a few  
minutes, but yesterday, as soon as her breathing started getting long  
and deep, she'd get a twitch and wake up.
