[Gpdd] RESCUE: Please consider The Critter Connection/Durham, CT

I have already emailed Penny privately to recommend this rescue, but wanted to share it with the Digest. I recommend without reservation The Critter Connection rescue in Durham, CT. All of our five piggies (two now deceased) were adopted from Cindy's rescue. Joanne (Spicy, Merry, Macie, etc.'s mom) adopted her piggies from this rescue as well (I know she will second the motion!). My Gizmo is Minerva, mascot of the rescue's, brother (his claim to fame!). Minerva is the piggy you will see on the home page of their website (link below). She has no eyes, as she is the product of an inbreeding situation that became one of Cindy's rescues.

I vote daily for Cindy's rescue when the opportunity is available, and encourage you to consider voting for The Critter Connection. They are extremely dedicated to the welfare of the piggies in their care. I know that they are struggling financially since the US recession (depression?) set in. It would be wonderful if you chose Cindy's rescue to support with your vote!
