I certainly understand your disillusion with vets, and I'm glad you didn't subject your little girl to the travel and stress a vet's trip would entail. It was precious that you were able to hold her as she drifted Bridgeward. I've only been priviledged to see a pet off once. I was a teenager raising birds. One of the canaries I'd watcged grow up to be such a beautiful bird got loose and hit the window at what proved to be breakneck speed. I had no preconceptions of what was happening, but I felt the bird grow lighter as its spirit soared free from my hand. I remember the awe of realizing that I'd meet her in the afterlife. I guess I'm rambling here, but what I want to say is that I'm really sorry Isabella is gone and I wish you every comfort.
