Having dealt with the dreaded bloat several times before, I always found that subcutaneous injections were very helpful. The liquid helps get things moving. 

Also, to add what's already been said about syringe feeding the mash and perhaps trying to give the piggie more than the pig wants, I've found that leaving some mash in a bowl with some tasty pellets mixed in might lead the pig to eat more mash over time.  I currently am dealing with a first time malocclusion problem with Isabel (she had dental work last week) and found that she doesn't want the mash syringed to her, but eats the bowl clean over a few hours.  Hope this helps.
