Is it a skunky smell? Rabbits have scent glands which can get clogged. A
vet can show you how to clean them.

Hi
ean, I haven't used that product but rabbits should not stink! If the
rabbit is spayed/neutered, that is. Rabbit litterboxes should be cleaned
out daily and refreshed with new bedding. Bunnies will smell when they mark
their territory, though, if not fixed. Also, it takes awhile for the
neutering to have an effect - a month usually for the rabbit to stop making
smelly odors. :-)
