Hi Audrey,

Such good news to see your message --- a candle will definitely be lit tonight in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada for Peter, Alge, Debbie, Joseph, our own little Audrey who is with them at the Bridge and many others who will be in our hearts tonight and living again in the flame of our candles as they travel around the world.

It's so good to begin seeing messages from GPDD again --- I was in serious withdrawal!  I hadn't realized how much I depend on that dose of piggie-centered advice, stories and discussion in the midst of my work day.

Even many of my animal-loving friends don't quite "get" my attachment to guinea pigs, and I notice that their eyes tend to glaze over a bit when I start telling piggie stories.  I really love spending a part of each day (virtually) among people who are just as obsessed as I am, and who truly understand the ups and downs of loving these wonderful little creatures.  THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING OUT THERE!!!

                                                                                                  Pat S.

Apparently the GPDD has been down and most of us have not been getting our daily issues.  Well, I hope everyone sees this because the 5th Annual CANDLE-LIGHTING MEMORIAL will take place on March 9th, at 8:00 pm (in your particular time zone).  All you have to do is light a candle (a real candle) at 8:00 pm.  This Memorial
is for Peter Gurney, Alge, Debbie, Kirstin, Joseph Petrillo, and for all the piggies who are with them at the Rainbow Bridge.  Feel free to make it as personal as you want, including any one and any pet you want to "remember".

As the candles are lit by each of us, the light will move around the world, and those who are at the Rainbow Bridge will see our candles and know that we are thinking of them and honoring them on this special day.

Afterwards, be sure to send a post to the GPDD or to myself letting me know where your candle was lit.  Include city or town, and state (if in the US), and include country, if outside the US.  I will then post a listing of all the places where candles were lit, for everyone to see.

We hope this post reaches everyone!
Remember:  March 9th (Tuesday for most), at 8:00 pm!

Audrey, William, and Gordon the GP
(Remembering Reese)
