[Gpdd] MISC - why all the ? ? ?

Has anyone else noticed that a lot of the posts lately seem to be fully of question marks?  I don't think people are actually putting them all in, I'm thinking it must be a technical issue of some kind.  The thing is that, because I read the post using a speech program, it can be quite annoying as everything is spoken as if it's a question (with the raised voice inflection at the end) rather than just a normal sentence.  Does anyone know why all these question marks are appearing and, for the technicians out there, is there any way of fixing this problem so the posts come through normally?  Sorry to be a pain but it's just getting a bit annoying and spoiling the enjoyment of reading the posts a bit.
