[Gpdd] ANNOUNCEMENT: Why there were no Digests for the past few days

It appears that another mailing list that lives on the same server as 
the GPDD was hit with a spam bomb. The resulting bogus posts 
(approximately 42,000) literally ground the server to a halt.

The server team has fixed the problem, and we should be back on track.

Again - it *wasn't* the GPDD causing a problem, but another list that is 
on the same server.
