Hi Mieke and the GPDD family,

I live in Central Florida where we have wet warm summers and cool
dry winters. This is the list of what I grow for my guinea pigs to eat.
7 varieties of grass, water grass also known as Asian dayflower
(Commelina communis), bananas, they eat both leaf and fruit, plum
tomatoes, green, yellow and red sweet peppers, lemon balm, dandelion and
cilantro. The peppers and the lemom balm and cilantro I grow in a hanging
garden. I am going to try to grow tomatoes in a hanging garden too. The
grasshoppers got most of the tomatoes this year. I compost the piggy
poops and hay and mix it with composted cow manure and garden soil. I
grow everything organically.

Cheers,

Ann and the Rescued Piggys of Piggyville, Tampa Florida USA.
