[Gpdd] MISC- growing veggies

You are quite the expert on gardening! Mimi is currently enjoying "stumpy carrots" that my parents grew & are sharing with their grand-piggie. She loves them. I also grow parsley for her in a pot every year. I just go out & snip some off for her every couple days. I don't give her too much though because of the oxalic acid. That is a neat idea to collect seed & grow dandelion plants for her although I don't know how my allergies would appreciate it. Our growing season will soon be over here. It will soon be fall. All the flowers & veggies are starting to die back. I like the cool weather of fall & winter but don't like the lack of fresh fruits & veggies for us & Mimi. Hugs...
