Did you try this advice from Ann Evans

Griseofulvin dose according to BAR is 125mg/day in divided doses. She
has a suspension that contains 125mg in 5 ml. Mimi needs 2.5 ml in am
and pm. (Personally the baths always clear it up and I do not use oral
antifungals unless cavy is showing signs of internal infection.) Plus
the antifungal bath you suggested Betadine once a week for 3 weeks.
First week she can give the antifungal bath twice like 3 days apart.
Apply Aloe vera gel or Cocoa Butter cream or St. Ives cream to the skin
to keep it from drying out. The baths and cream will give immediate
relief. Better yet to get miconazole nitrate 2.0% cream. Can get at
local pharmacy but call first to make sure they have it. or order from
Amazon.com cost $2. Has she bathed in Adams shampoo yet? I knew any vet
who needed to give 4 ivermectin injections did not know what he was
doing. Parasites and fungus and bacterial infections go hand in hand as
you said. That is why you need the both Adams and Betadine. Oatmeal
conditioner is good to use. He could of underdosed the ivermectin
because you need at least 0.1ml of a 1.0% solution. Which must be
repeated in 7 to 10 days. Use 0.2ml ivermectin if 6 months or older.
Also need 2 ORAL doses. Can hair be pulled out easily? is there
dandruff, gritty matter at base of hair when pulled out? Crust on skin?
White marks and hot red skin on light haired cavy? all signs of
fungal/bacterial infection.
