Fiona,
I have used something called sweet oil on my pigs before, it is basically
olive oil. You can buy it at most stores and pharmacies at least here in the
US, and it is cheap. I use it myself for dryness in my ears. Once it soaks
in to the pigs' skin it really helps with the dryness, although I'm sure
there are many products out there specifically for pigs that would work
great at well. Hope this helps.
