He cant run around with the females for even a second.  He needs a boar 
friend or a neutered sow or to be neutered himself to live with your herd. 
He can learn to live alone as he will grow up quickly and you can give him 
extra love.  But being a social animal it's not preferred.  Maybe he could 
be adopted out to someone who needs a baby boar, they bond best with other 
boars at that age. Think of his happiness, but don't allow him a second near 
a sow, that’s all it takes. If you decided to bond him with a boar write 
back for instructions, many of us have done it many times. Good luck  Sandy
