How terribly sad to hear the news that Blaster crossed over.  You made the hard decision and that shows just how much you cared and loved him.

Birdie,
Miss Pooky had a good life so don't beat yourself up about not being there when she passed; perhaps she was trying to make it easier on you.  Don't be a stranger to the GPDD.
