Jaime, I got behind on my Digests, so I'm sorry I haven't responded sooner.  It's possible your mom rabbit might have diarrhea due to too many pellets.  Our E.B. White used to love pellets but avoid veggies, and he began producing too many cecals.  We then discovered his diet was too rich in pellets.  When we cut back, he was upset, but then he discovered how wonderful parsley, hay, etc. were.  I don't know if this is the problem for your foster rabbit, since she's had a tough life until now, but I thought I would mention it as a possibility.  Our best wishes to her.
