I'm so sorry to hear that Spicy crossed the Bridge.  I like to think that she perked up in her last days to help you remember all the great times you had together.  Your story about no one asking to hold her before you adopt her confirms my belief that the pigs pick us, not the other way around.  

May your memories of Spicy and the herd that remains bring you comfort.
