[Gpdd] Rainbow bridge: Caplin Rous

We don't know if you all knew this Rodent Of Unusual Size (rous), but we are
said to let you know,
if you didn't already know.. our capybara friend Caplin died unexpectedly.
His slave melanie said on twitter she didn't want any religious or rainbow
bridge remarks,
but I think she is glad to hear from people about how Caplin touched so
many.
I send her a message from M, Penny and me saying he will be missed...
