I've never put H2O2 on cuts or sore areas, just a bit on a paper towel to quickly wipe the hind end and bottoms of feet, just to make sure the sample is as clean as possible. I haven't had a pig act like she was uncomfortable, and certainly not hurt. If I don't have to wash them, I'd rather not, since they're sick and I'd rather not bother them.
