Hi Penny!
Spicy and I truly thank you for wishing her well.  Since she also
had a Urinary Tract Infection and was put on Baytril, hopefully
she is also getting some help with the Bumblefoot being on the
medication.  The foot that I was most concerned about seems
to be much less red and not as swollen.  I hope she is not in
any pain or discomfort, though...it's painful, I hear.  
Poor Rye.  How old is he now?  I hope he can get rid of his 
Bumblefoot, too!  We will definitely compare notes when Happy
Soles gets delivered.  As far as weight loss, I would think that
as with people, guinea pigs also lose muscle mass (gosh...do they
have any?!) as they age and it's natural for older people and 
animals to get thin as they get old.  My own chunky mom is quite
svelte these days!
