I didn't read your prior post so I don't know what Kip's diagnosis is.  My Winnie gets stuffed up when it's cold out & we have the heat on in the house.  She was so bad, she sounded like she was snoring & I could hear her trying to breathe a few rooms away.  We're lucky enough to live 1/2 hour away from Ann Evans & she's had us put Vicks on Winnie's nose, inhale Beconase (an English hayfever-allergy remedy) & put a large bowl of water in front of the main AC/heat return.  The stream in the bathroom when you take a shower will help also, if you bring Kip in with you.  Since we've had the bowl of water in front of the return, Winnie hasn't been snuffly at all & hasn't needed the Vicks or Beconase. It humidifies the room enough that little noses don't get stuffed up--it worked for us, anyway, & is certainly worth a try.  Good luck!  Deb, Winnie, Lily Bella & Tink
