I'm advising that you get her to a great vet ASAP, It sounds to me and has 
since the beginning like her prob is on the inside, either here bladder or 
her uterus and that the drainage is what smells bad and gave her the 
bumblefoot, from soaking in  the  drainage fluid.  You need to find out what 
that mass is and find out how to treat that,  a growth or tumor cant be 
treated with Baytril.  If there is an infection also antibiotics, the right 
one, may help, but that’s not what I suspect is the worst of her probs.  Oh 
why is it always Friday night!!!   Be sure to go to a vet capable and
