If she is breathing hard she may be collecting fluid around her lungs, this
may mean she has a more generalized infection, or it is in her lungs, its
possible the blood could have come from her nose, so please stress this
with the vet, if she has heart failure or pneumonia it could be a URI or
upper respiratory infection she a vet exam is needed. She could need Lasix
as well to remove extra fluid in her lungs , Ann and GL both address this on
their site. You should consider this an emergency and do everything you can
to get her seen y a piggy savvy vet.
Very carefully collect all the symptoms write them down for the vet so he
can differentiate between a lung infection or one in her bladder or stones.

Make sure if you use bay aspirin or children's Ibuprofen that you follow the
GL directions exactly, there is a difference between baby and children's
