It does sound like a UTI or stones.  In addition to the suggestions earlier ...

There may be blood in your urine sample ... it's not always visible.  I've used a human UTI test to monitor pigs.  Also, did you look to see if there was any cloudiness or debris in the sample?

In the meantime, besides giving unsweetened cranberry (my Grace loved the most expensive organic variety), you may also want to add a bit of vitamin C to water and syringe as much as she'll drink ... basically, try to flush out the bladder.
