I hope Twinkie does ok.  The vet should have warned you that it is very iffy once they have to cut into the intestine (or anywhere in the GIT).  I'm sorry that it got to this, but my fingers are crossed for your little sweetie.  She is going to need major pain meds for a week.  Be prepared as you may have to feed her.  Do not let her run around AT ALL.  She should be in a very small cage right now.
