Dear all,

Thanks for all the suggestions so far, Woopy still seems to be doing fine
and she hasn't made any weird noises.

"A few weeks ago, my Dorian was making occasional peculiar breathing noises.
I couldn't hear anything wrong with his lungs but I took him to my
Rodentologists just to be sure. They could not find anything wrong with him
either but offered this suggestion. He has fatty eye, in which part of the
conjunctival sac protrudes and they said the "fatty" part extends inside
beyond what can be seen around the eye and can press against the nasal
cavity producing a noise. Now, I have looked at Woopy's pigtures on the blog
and I cannot tell if she has this or not but it might be of interest to
anyone whose piggy has fatty eye."

I find this very interesting because Woopy has fatty eye,
it doesn't always show, but both eyes have this.
I'm not sure if i told this already on gpdd, I might have only told Sandy,
but sometimes she makes these choking noises as well.
Maybe that's also caused by the fatty eye?
Or she might just be eating really fast, she's boss, and sometimes needs
to remind the others she is the boss!
Especially Daisy is making a run for being boss, if Woopy ever slows down,
when she gets older, i'm pretty sure Daisy will be the new boss!
She sure has the ambition for it!

As for Woopy's mystery problems, this occurs only rarely, but if anyone has
suggestions
what it could be i'd like to hear! A round of carprofen (rimadyl) always
seems to clear it up!

Thanks for the suggestions so far,
hope to hear more suggestions as to what her mystery illness could be...
Mieke
