[Gpdd] Misc: question marks

Yes the question marks continue to show up on my Digests. If there is something 
I need to change on my computer Please tell me how to change it in detail as I 
am not computer smart at all. step by step instructions would be great. when i 
type there are no question marks at all. But when I read the digest they are all 
over my emails. So any help in what I can do would be great.
