Dear Jean,
  If Ariel's intestines are inflamed then she needs and anti 
inflammatory. The British Association of Rodentologists ,BAR, recommends 
childrens ibuprofen 0.4ml twice a day for the first 5 days then reduce 
to 0.2ml twice a day for 5 more days. Please worm your cavy according to 
the directions Sandy wrote. Parasites and fungal infections are the two 
main reasons for inflammation of the intestinal track according to BAR.
