Yes, I am not impressed with the inexact dosing of the Panacur. Next time I
go in to the vet (it will be either with the cat or with a new piggy) I will
remember the GuineaLynx rural emergency kit information and the protocol
from Ann's site so I can ask about both. I'm hoping to get prescriptions for
the atibiotics suggested by GuineaLynx and to get the liquid Panacur and the
Ivermectin as well. I'll make the case for the liquid Panacur by pointing
out the inexact dosing and that he wouldn't eat the raisin but apparently
licked the medicine off it, which means he got too much. He's showing no ill
effects, but still - I don't want to deal with that sort of thing every
three months!
