[Gpdd] Health: update on Amanda

Well we took Amanda to the vet and they did a ultra sound, xray and were 
impressed that she still eats and poos and potties fine.  (she did potty on vet 
tec and pooped for them alot they said.)
the cavity looks as if its full of liquid. They did take some out with a needle 
to ck it under a microscope. We were sent home with Meloxicam for pain if she 
needs it, A bottle of sulfamethoxazole, and a bottle of metoclopromide to 
stimulate GI tract .  we were told to give simethicone three times or more a day 
to help with any gas. We will take her back next thurs to ck things out again.  
She seems totally happy and doing all the normal things she alwys has done, 
except now she is very very fat!   Her heart cked out good and her lungs were 
nice and clear. So that is where we are right now with Amanda.  Amanda came to 
live here at the Misfits on July 20, 2008. She was estimated being born on March 
of 07.
She is the mother of our dear Biff and the late  Miss Alana who was Biffs sister 
that died of a bad heart at to Young of age.  So that is where we are. Keep the 
good vibes flowing for that sweet kissy girl.
