[Gpdd] HEALTH- ibuprofen dosage

Does anyone know how often I can give Mimi Ibuprofen? I know the dosage is 0.4ml, but how often can she have it? Sometimes she is still whining. Also now I found a small lump behind her ear. All I do is worry about her lately. =(
