[Gpdd] HEALTH: Buccal pad separaters

I have a friend in Hawai'i who has a piggie with teeth in need of trimming, and she's willing to fork out the cash for a buccal pad separator if she can find one. There are no exotics vets there. The poor little guy can barely eat so she's syringing him and tempting him with tiny bits of goodies all day. Where might she purchase such an item? And quickly?
