I like boars a whole bunch but you not only have to clean their penis's you 
have to clean the slot between their testicles as it picks up all kinds of 
gunk and they can become impacted with feces and junk. It’s a very smelly 
job Young ones don’t need much but more gunk gets trapped as they get older 
and by 3 its getting really yucky.  I do it as part of their bathing 
hygiene, clean with Q tips and the penis with food oil . It doesn’t need so 
much cleaning as to make sure it hasn’t become clogged or stuck together 
with can become very serious if not caught. Neither process is dangerous and 
these parts rarely become diseased. Females are much more likely to have 
disease of their female organs or hormone problems in my opinion so I just 
prefer boars.  I finish the cleaning process with their bath. Its not very 
onerous to me at all, buts its smelly.  I make sure not to use any products 
that might leave a smell or taste the piggies would avoid as they are 
coprafragic, that’s why I use cooking oil.  You just have to make your own 
decision. I prefer cleaning to health problems and I like the personalities
