[Gpdd] CARE: PetSmart stores selling small animals

Is it possible you can speak to someone there about the piggies. Suggest 
that they should be displayed in the products that guinea pigs are supposed 
to live in, and that PetSmart sells.  Right size right food, etc. It should 
promote better health and better sales if sell is what they insist on doing. 
Find their best care handbook and ask them to display it alongside the best 
food and hay too!  Then just patrol to make sure the piggies remain healthy.
