This is a horror story! I would immediately call my local ORCA or Humane League & report this guy. They may not be able to do anything to him since he did not officially hurt the piggie but they may be able to at least scare him some. Thank God you came along when you did. I believe all things happen for a reason & you were definitely sent there to rescue that piggie.
