[Gpdd] HEALTH: pointed poos and shillintong

A friend of mine lives in Hawai'i in a humid, hot area. She's noticed some piggie droppings are pointed. Is that a cause for concern, and is it caused by excessive heat? One of her little friends has a stone. He has received only reverse osmosis water. There are no piggie vets in the area. Would shillintong help? If so, what is the dosage? And would unsweetened cranberry juice be of use?
 
The piggie's stone is lodged in the penis, and there is some bleeding, but he seems comfortable still. Surgery is not an option, as there's no one knowledgeable and experienced to perform it.
