Abigail was a nibbler when she was young, but never broke skin and quickly
outgrew it.  This is a different situation.  The first thing I would do, at
least until the problem is resolved, is not hold them on your chest
together.  One at a time.  That way Callie won't be able to bite Eve and
you won't have to break them up and put yourself in danger of being bitten
again.  This will serve as a way to see if it is just Eve that is causing
the problem or if she will bite you unprovoked as well.  You can also
perhaps see what it is that is being done that she perceives as
"provocation."
