Wish I lived closer so I could help. That is so sad that the sgouti is so sick. I love agoutis! That person should be told off in a serious way!!! There is no excuse for letting a piggie get into that condition. Hope all turns out ok for them. 
The pic of the agouti in Craigslist was heartbreaking too. What is wrong with people? =(
